Founder’s Story

There are some flavours you never forget. Not because of the recipe… but because of the memories they carry.
Mrs. K. Sakthi was born and raised in the sacred Temple city of Madurai, a place where food is not just cooked, it is celebrated. Every morning began with the aroma of freshly brewed filter coffee, the sound of dosa batter hitting a hot tawa, and the comforting warmth of a home filled with tradition.
Life eventually brought her to Chittorgarh, a city rich in its own heritage and pride. But amidst the new surroundings, something felt incomplete.
It was not just the food she missed. It was the feeling of home.
The taste of soft idlis soaked in sambar. The richness of ghee roasted dosas. The simple joy of sitting with family and sharing a meal that carried emotion in every bite.
Days turned into months, and months into years. But that longing never faded.
What started as a personal craving slowly became a deeper realization. If she was missing this experience, there must be many others who felt the same.
That thought became a purpose.
With the unwavering support of her husband, the encouragement of her family, and the belief of her close friends, Mrs. Sakthi decided to bring Madurai to Chittorgarh.
